The books listed on this page have changed how I think about food, and I can recommend all of them highly. I have read every one of them cover to cover, and feel they are some of the best due to their readability, solid research, and clarity. Written by well-respected physicians and journalists, these books address our current health crisis and what we can do about it in our own lives and in our communities. Some of them give guidance on how we can takes steps to reverse disease.
Many of these authors are masters at explaining the complexities of science and the intricacies of how our bodies work in simple language the average person can understand. That’s why I think these books will be helpful as you take steps to improve your own health and the health of future generations. Most of the books are also available in Audible format.
